This will give participants the opportunity to experience a different type of conference, and important skills ahead of international conferences. | 3 PartiesAlong side the two days of debate at the conference, BGUMUN 2017 will include THREE different parties aimed at giving delegates an experience they will not forget. No School MissedThe conference dates were specifically chosen in order to ensure that participants will not miss school, as it will be the final days of the first semester break. | New FormatsIn 2017, BGUMUN will push the envelope with new formats that have never been done before in Israel, so that delegates from all levels will be able to come and challenge themselves in exciting new committees. These new formats include a unique European Union Committee as well as Double Delegate Security Council. |
All LevelsIn order to allow all delegates to come and enjoy a unique experience we will be showcasing special formats aimed at all levels including - Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced and Expert. That way all MUNers, whether they are a first or fourth year, will find something interesting that suits their level. |

Meet The Secretariat
Lea is originally from France and a second year BA student in Tel Aviv University as an Economics and Political Science major. She has been doing MUN since high school and this is her second year at the university level. Lea very excited to be the Under Secretary General of Academics in BGUMUN and take part of this amazing conference!
Rachel Gur-Arie is a PhD Candidate in Health Systems Management at Ben-Gurion University, where she leads a collaborative project between the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Soroka Medical Center, and Clalit Health Services on the efficacy of influenza vaccination within healthcare workers. She's the Marketing Coordinator for BGUMUN. A desert girl originally from Phoenix, Arizona, Rachel very much believes in BGU's mantra that the successful future of Israel rests in the Negev.
Zvika Losh was born in Israel and from the age of five has lived in five different countries including Germany, Belgium, Sint Maarten and Aruba. Zvika studies Politics and Governance at Ben Gurion University, specializing in European and African Studies and is the Chairman of BGUMUN for the second year running. He is a ‘Song of Ice and Fire’ enthusiast - “the books are so much better than the TV show”, and will never refuse a cold pint of Guinness.
Adi Saada and is 24 years old. Her parents moved from France to Israel and she was born in Jerusalem. Now, she lives in Beer Sheva and studies Political Science and Management. Adi loves music, dogs and people.
Gal Malka is a 3rd year student for Politics, Communication alongside Public Diplomacy Studies at Hadassah College in Jerusalem. She is the President of HadassahMUN and this is her 3rd year in MUN! Alongside her studies she works with spokesperson of the Israeli Minster of Transportation. She's very excited to be part of this amazing conference and can't wait to see you all!
